We all know that childhood tale of Alice in Wonderland. How the young blonde
girl fell down a hole after chasing the White Rabbit, spoke to many odd creatures
who were very unhelpful. Had tea with the Mad Hatter, March Hare and the Dormouse
and played with the Queen of Hearts after being accused of painting her roses
red. In the end, Alice wakes up to find it's only a dream.. but this.. is not that story.
When Alice came to Wonderland, the world was happy. The White Rabbit had
brought the girl here because he had been watching her for sometime and sadly
he had fallen in love with the girl. When Alice followed him, he had not expected
the girl to get lost along her way. Meeting a lot of strange and curious Wonderland
creatures. The White Rabbit secretly followed the girl, to assure her safety.
The story of course progressed and Alice found herself at the Queen's castle.
Alice, unaware of the hatred she had for the White Rabbit, she use any excuse
she could muster to find a reason to cut of Alice's head. The White Rabbit
who had been following Alice, would not stand for this. He stole Alice. He
'kidnapped' her and took her back to his home in Wonderland. No one knows
what happened to Alice. The story goes that she disappeared. Only the White
Rabbit knows where the real Alice is.
When Alice disappeared, Wonderland missed Alice. It could not sustain as a
'true world' unless the person named Alice reappeared or was present in the
world. So, in an effort to bring Alice back, the world brought more people
into the world. Giving them the name of 'Alice'. Since the Queen of Hearts
hated Alice, she ordered all of her card guards to bring her Alice whenever
a new Alice would appear or show up in the world. However.. what she had
to say, was rather displeasing.
The Queen of Hearts had come up with a game of her own. The rules were
simple and easy to follow. All Alice had to do, was kill the White Rabbit and
she or he could remain the Alice in Wonderland of the world. However, what
the Queen of Hearts lacked to tell them was that.. if Alice refused to kill the
White Rabbit for whatever reason, she would kill them.. and she did. Every
time an Alice was killed, their soul was not allowed to leave Wonderland.
They forever roamed the Wonderland as a ghost, searching for the new Alice
so they may take back the name and kill the White Rabbit.
Even if the Queen of Hearts so eagerly wanted the White Rabbit dead, the
new Alice would never be able to assume her name. What the Queen of Hearts
did not know was the White Rabbit had hidden Alice. Alice was still alive,
but barely. Every time a new person came to the world, Alice was like a living
doll. She could eat, breath and sleep, but she was naive. She hadn't a clue
in the world.. she didn't know who she was because she had no name. The
White Rabbit strives to find her name, strives to take it back from the one who
stole it.
So.. will there be A Murder In Wonderland..?
Or will the White Rabbit be able to succeed this time..?
