Brett is basically your home grown southern boy. He's super polite and kind to people, even the ones that he doesn't know. At times he can seem a little slow, sometimes really stupid. But it's just in his nature. He loves being carefree and just hanging out with his buddies outside. But, he has always been well known for getting completely out of hand when he's drunk. Basically, if he drinks to much he looses who he is and does whatever he wants, whenever he wants.
"I was born in Savannah twenty four years ago. When I turned seven m' dad decided to teach me how to play the guitar. Every Tuesday, Thursday an' Saturday him and I would sit in the livin' room 'n play songs together. We'd sing an' rock out until the sun wasn't up anymore. But, that whole thing changed when he died. He was driving home from work one day an' he got t-boned in an in'ersection.I was told that he died on impact. When he died, I died inside. Playing the guitar just wasn't fun anymore. It was just depressing. So I put it away, in my closet. But it didn't stay there long. My mom moved us into LA to start a new life. It actualy turned out pretty great. I got t' join th's really sweet band an' I get t' play guitar. I mean, sure. I had a hard time gettin' used t' it again. But I decided t' play it in his memory. I hope th't he's proud a' me. Somewhere between the formation of th' band an'the tour, I got t- boned in my truck driving to practice. It was the scariest thing that 's ever happened t' me. My leg got crushed an' th' doctors had to rebuild my thigh. I have a steel plate in there now. Then we got invited to the Tour, which is a totally life changin' experience 'fer me!""
hey, so i'm hayley. i've been roleplaying for five years now. as well as this character, i also play no one else.. you can reach me by pm. if you need me for anything. i found made up stories by i can't remember. D8 and i'm pretty glad i did. here's an example of mah skillz. (:It was noon and the house was silent. Zach was used to that thought. Even though he lived with six other guys, it was pretty quiet when everyone was asleep. It was rare that Zach was up first though. He yawned and shuffled over to the kitchen, stepping over one of his band mates to get to the fridge. Opening it with a smile, the guitarist noticed that there was next to no pizza left from the night before. He closed the door and stepped back over his friend, heading to the living room. There were some more of his band mates, passed out on the couches. What the hell did they get up to last night? Zach and the guys were partying pretty hard, so he ended up passing out on the stairs. As he walked he felt his head throb. Oh great, hung over and out of food. A losing combination.
Blinking blankly, he looked around the living room. They were snoring. Chuckling lightly, he walked out of the room. "Now, y'all have a good sleep." he whispered as he left. When he got out of the living room, he looked around the entrance of the house. There was a shoe hanging on one of the coat hangers. He stopped to think about what he was going to eat today. There wasn't very many food places that he actually liked in Healy. Scratching his chin, he thought of more places to eat, outside of the town. Then, he finally came up with the best idea ever. He should drive an hour into the big city and get McDonalds. Yeah! There was nothing more rock star then McDonalds.
Zach wandered up the stair into the bathroom. That's where he held all his clothes. There wasn't very much room anywhere else. Brushing his hair quickly, he pulled on a blue, plaid, long sleeved, button up and a pair of, faded, black skinny jeans. Nodding, and flashing himself a quick grin, he decided he was done getting ready. Creeping back downstairs, he grabbed his keys and pulled on a red winter jacket. He felt he was ready for anything. But he wasn't really ready for the cold breeze that flew through the door when he opened it. Wincing, he ran outside and got into his car. Now, he thought it would be warmer in there. But it sure wasn't. If anything, it was colder. Turning on the truck, he cranked up the heat and the heater in the seat. If he just waited a bit it might heat up. And sure enough, it did.
Zach's head throbbed again as he got ready to pull the tuck out of the driveway. He fought past it though. He had been more hung over during the warped tour. So this wasn't exactly a new feeling. He finally go the truck out of the driveway and started to drive out of town. He reached over and pushed the 'play' button on the CD player. 'Over My Head' by A Day To Remember blasted through the speakers. Zach jumped a bit, not expecting the music to be that loud. Someone must have used his truck last night. Turning it down, he continued to drive. Into Fairbanks he went. But his stomach started to growl a little into a quarter of the way in, so he picked up speed. Zach needed to get some food into his stomach.
After and hour, he finally got into Fairbanks. Thank god. He drove around until he saw the infamous golden arches. He swore he almost drooled a bit as he pulled into the parking lot. One was about lunch time, but there were only a couple cars there. Whatever, more space for him. Entering the building he took in a breath of the greasy smell that he loved. Yes, it wasn't healthy. But he loved it. It's what the whole band lived on when they were on tour. He walked up to the counter and said, "Hey. Could I git two big macs, fries an' a coke? T' stay." He paid and waited. It took them almost a minute to get his burgers for him. Not that was fast food.
Oh man, that was exactly what he asked for. Taking the tray over to the two person table by the window, he sat down and opened up one of the burgers. Zach took a bite of it and groaned. That first bite was like heaven. Continuing to eat, he turned his attention to the door. It sounded like there was going to be someone else here today.
