 October lay on the couch, flipping through channels absentmindedly. She had only been back on the bus for about a half an hour, but she was already bored. October had spent the early part of the day with Khaos, playing videogames, but then he had sound check, so she had to go. It was now two in the afternoon, and there was nothing on the television, surprise surprise. She sat up as she heard a knock at the door. That was strange. She wasn't expecting anyone, and she was pretty sure that Ethan wasn't either, after all, he had spent the past week or so in bed. It was actually starting to worry her, but no matter what she said he just wouldn't listen. October shrugged, slowly moving onto her feet. She hoped it was Caleb at the door. Maybe he could help her get Ethan out of bed. They could gang up on him! October made her way to the door, opening it quietly. She blinked, looking up at the two people. She didn't recognize either of them. There was a boy and a girl, and they looked to be about her age. “Uhm... H-hello...” October blurted out. The pair explained that they were here to see Ethan. October narrowed her eyes “I seeeee...” she smiled “come in, I'll go get him” she offered with a small giggle, leading them into the bus. “Make yourself at home” she said, motioning to the couch before walking into the bunk area. Sure, she had just invited two strangers into the bus, probably not the smartest thing to do. But October was generally a trusting person, until you gave her a reason not to trust you. October sneaked towards Ethan's bunk, then opened the privacy curtain. “ETHAN! ETHANETHANETHANETHANETHANETHANETHAN!

 emily and maxwell had come to visit just a little bit earlier than they'd told ethan they would. in fact, almost a whole week earlier. surprise? they had no idea that their older brother had been sulking in bed all week, until emily had read his twitter. immediately, they'd both become worried and decided to visit a few days sooner than ethan or anybody else expected them to. as october opened the door to them, emily grinned. "hi! we're here to see ethan." she said to the blond in front of her. maxwell simply nodded. the girl let them both in, and told them to make themselves at home. they both sat down on the couch, talking quietly to each other. ethan groaned as october opened his privacy curtain, repeating his name over and over before informing him that there were people there to visit him. he was quiet a moment, and once he heard emily and maxwell's voices in the front room he nodded. "siblings." he mumbled, kicking the sheets off his body and standing up.

October stood in front of Ethan. He was quiet for a moment before mumbling “siblings” kicking the covers off and standing. “OH I understaaaaaand” she said with a nod. October was a tad more hyper than usual. The pair walked back into the front room, October didn't bother sneaking back. She looked up at Ethan quickly before looking back at his siblings. A small wave of shyness coming over her. She leaned against the wall that separated the bunk area from the front room, watching Ethan greet the pair on the couch. Shyness was not something that October felt often. It was a strange, foreign feeling, and she didn't like it. She didn't really understand why she was feeling so shy at the moment. She felt sort of out of place. October contemplated going back into the bunk area, and playing with her computer, before she was waved over by Ethan. She moved towards the group slowly, and waved silently.

ethan walked towards the couch, smiling as he saw emily and maxwell. emily immediately jumped up, running at ethan and jumping on him as she wrapped her arms and legs around him in a tight hug. the girl was fairly tiny, so ethan barely budged as she ran at him. ethan hugged her back, then released her carefully. she landed on her feet, giggling. "what are you guys doing here? i thought you weren't coming until next week." ethan said, chuckling nervously. seeing october had shrunk back into a corner for some odd reason, ethan waved her over. "emily, max, this is october. october, these are my bratty siblings emily and max." he joked, giving maxwell a hug. emily grinned at october. "oh! so you're october. we've heard a lot about you." she said, holding her hand out to october for her to shake. maxwell smirked. "our brother thinks yo-" he was cut off when ethan clamped a hand over max's mouth. "a really amazing person and the best photographer out there." ethan finished, chuckling nervously before shooting max a glare.

October smiled meekly at Ethan before looking towards Emily and Max. “Oh! So your October. We've heard a lot about you” Emily said, holding out her hand. October took her hand, giving Ethan a questioning look. “G-good things I hope...” October said, shaking Emily's hand. “our brother thinks your-” Max started before Ethan clapped a hand over his mouth and finished the sentence with “a really amazing person and the best photographer out there.” October stared at the two boys suspiciously, but shook the feeling off and responded with “Oh... YAY!” she smiled, the shyness melting away, she would soon be back to normal. She didn't think much of the fact that Ethan had just completely cut Max off as if he didn't want him to say something. She didn't really pay much attention to those sorts of things, it was the ADD. October was actually rather smart, she just didn't show it often. “It's nice to meet you two” she said , grinning.
