[/B][/COLOR] * ransomofdivorce[/b][/font][/color] welllll, he accidentally killed someone, so manslaughter. and my mom dropped the charges for child abuse because she figured he had suffered enough, i suppose. she didn't really say. they gave him a few extra months for the physical & mental abuse i'd been going through, just because it was visible to them..
